THIS WEEK ON THE SUNDAY CHAT SHOWS

ABC / This Week with George Stephanopoulos: U.S. Senator Richard Lugar (R - IN) will discuss North Korea's nuclear programme, Iraq, and immigration. Also, a debate between U.S. Senator George Allen (R - VA) and his Democratic challenger in November, former Secretary of the Navy James Webb. And the Sunday Roundtable will feature Peter Beinart of The New Republic, Democratic political consultant Donna Brazile, and conservative writer George Will.

CBS / Face The Nation with Bob Schieffer: The North Korean nuclear missile threat will be discussed with U.S. Senators John McCain (R - AZ) and Christopher Dodd (D - CT), as well as Undersecretary of State for Political Affairs R. Nicolas Burns.

CNN / Late Edition with Wolf Blitzer: Undersecretary Burns will also appear here to discuss the North Korean threat, along with U.S. Senators Barbara Boxer (D - CA) and Lindsey Graham (R - SC). Also, Iraq is on the agenda, as Iraqi Ambassador to the U.N. Samir Sumaidaie will be on. Former National Security Adviser Professor Zbigniew Brzezinski, CNN terrorism analyst and author Peter Bergen and Future Pipe Group Chairman and member of the Council on Foreign Relations Fouad Makhzoumi will also appear.

FOX / Fox News Sunday with Chris Wallace: What should the American response be to North Korea's missile tests? Discussing that question will be Undersecretary Nicolas Burns, Congressman Peter Hoekstra (R - MI), Former CIA Director R. James Woosley, Jr., and Ambassador Wendy Sherman.

NBC / Meet the Press with Tim Russert: PLEASE NOTE: Meet the Press may be seen at a different time than normal or preempted in some areas due to NBC Sports' coverage of the Wimbledon finals. In many areas of Florida, it will be seen at 8:00 AM.

That said, North Korea's missile tests and the future of U.S. relations with the region will be talked about, with Undersecretary Burns also here (that's four of six shows), as well as New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson (D), a possible candidate for the 2008 presidential election, and former Ambassador Dr. Robert Gallucci.
