Heading into tonight's second debate in St. Louis, a "town hall" format, the presidential candidates are running in a near dead heat across Florida according to the latest Mason-Dixon poll taken Monday and Tuesday of this week of 625 registered Florida voters who said there were likely to vote in the upcoming election. Persons were asked for name recognition, what is your rating of the Republican, George W. Bush, and the Democrat, John Kerry; Favourable, Unfavourable, or Neutral? The margin of error is four percentage points.
