One thing I should mention here: There are several events which have been added, but the location was not announced, only noted as TBD (To Be Determined). These events were noted on the candidate's Web site, but unfortunately the local media did not have any further information. Some candidates will not include the location as they are often private events and only made privy to supporters and others who contact the campaign office.
