I DIDN'T KNOW DOORS AND WINDOWS HAD SO MANY PARTS

I guess I simply have taken those basic ingrediants of a building's protection for granted all these years. Yesterday I took my final at the job in the classroom training to transfer to another of our call centre's clients, one of the top upscale door and window companies in America. Today I begin actually answering customer service calls from folks whose doors or windows have issues, or are seeking new doors and/or windows for their home. Here's hoping I give everyone the correct information...
