ROMNEY CAMPAIGN CONTINUES TO MAKE INROADS IN CENTRAL FLORIDA

Former Massachusetts governor and current Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney named two Floridians to his campaign's National Faith and Values Steering Committee, a group which will advise him on issues of faith and values.

Named as Vice Chairs to the group were Dr. Jay Dennis, Senior Pastor of Lakeland's First Baptist Church at the Mall, and State Representative Dennis Baxley (R - Ocala), who resigned as Speaker Pro Tempore of the House to run for the State Senate, losing a close race.
