JEB RELEGATED TO HIDING IN THE CLOSET...NO, NOT THAT WAY!

Our dishonourable governor and First Brother travelled to Pittsburgh Friday for a fundraiser to benefit U.S. Senator Rick Santorum's reelection effort. The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports that Jeb was met by a group of union and anti-war activists who approached very close to the governor as he retreated with his security office and female aide into a subway station.

Local Port Authority spokesperson Bob Grove was quoted by the newspaper as saying that "It was a very tense situation. They were very close to the governor and shouting on top of him." As a precaution, Bush was ushered into a supply closet until the crowd dispersed. He made it to the event, held at the exclusive Duquesne Club nearby in the downtown area.

Santorum's expectation of victory --- and any thoughts for a 2008 presidential run --- seem to be going up in flames like the Hindenburg, as the lastest poll by Quinnipiac University released Saturday, shows the hard conservative trailing Democratic challenger State Treasurer Bob Casey by 18 points (52-34 percent).
