LOCAL RADIO TALKER GOES NATIONWIDE

Lynne Bridenbach is the former public affairs officer for the Polk County Sheriff's Office, and she has been involved in Christian conservative politics for a number of years. A couple of years ago, she signed a lease management agreement with Carpenters Home Church to operate their radio station, WTWB-AM 1570, programming it with decidedly right-wing talkers and a mix of religious programming. Ms. Bridenbach placed herself on the schedule with an afternoon chat show, again promoting her decidedly Republican-leaning views. That little local show is now going nationwide beginning this week.

The Lynne Bridenbach Show has been picked up by the McAlpin, Florida based Accent Radio Network. A perfect fit, as the network's lineup is described as "that provide information on what’s happening in our world from a conservative political perspective". It will reportedly air on affiliates from suburban Pittsburgh to Albuquerque, mostly on small stations, and will run evenings from 6-8 PM ET.

Yeah, just what we need...another right wing-nut.
