BILLY GRAHAM'S DAUGHTER IN JAIL FOR A NIGHT

According to an AP story which ran in this morning's St. Petersburg Times, the daughter of Evangalist Billy Graham was arrested last Friday evening in New Smyrna Beach and charged with misdemeanor domestic abuse in the pushing and choking of her husband outside an area K-mart store.

The 59-year-old Virginia Graham Foreman spent the night in jail before her release on her own recognizance the next day. Husband Chad Foreman told the judge presiding over his wife's first appearance hearing that witnesses had "just misunderstood what was going on between them."

No word on amount of alcohol content, if any. But pushing and choking someone is just that.
