READING MORE INTO THE RUMSFELD DIALOGUE IN ATLANTA

Former CIA analyst Ray McGovern, a 27-year veteran of the agency now retired, accused the SecDef during the question and answer session at the Southern Center for International Studies of lying about Iraq prewar intelligence.

Ms. Donovan notes that the extended debate "Sort of makes Rumsfeld's denials a bit less believeable...."
