QUOTE OF THE DAY 2
Where is the justice of political power if it executes the murderer and jails the plunderer, and then itself marches upon neighboring lands, killing thousands and pillaging the very hills?
Kahlil Gibran (1883 -1931)
I've always enjoyed the work of this wonderful Lebanese poet and artist. I discovered it first while in high school during the mid 1970s, when the British actor Richard Harris recorded a spoken word "dramatic interpretation" of Gibran's classic work The Prophet.
