PINELLAS PARK, WE HAVE A PROBLEM HERE...
My apologies for not posting anything here today. Unfortunately, my Internet/telephone modem went south on me overnight, and I just got off the neighbour's cell phone with one of Bright House Networks' technical support staff.
At this point, I'm back online, but my phone is still out. At least I have the most important part of the service back up, but if I knew that VOIP would be this problematic...
A technician will be by tomorrow afternoon to replace the modem.
