HULKSTER TAKES BELLEAIR TO THE MAT...ONE! TWO! THREE!!!

Back in February, responding to complaints from neighbours, inspectors checked out the Belleair home of Terry Bollea --- better known as WWE Superstar Hulk Hogan --- and found more than the legal limit of five animals on his property and ordered him to bring the number down or face a $100 a day fine.

The "Hulkster" challenged the town in court, claiming that his family had a special permit for their rooster "Lilly" and that it should not be counted among the five. Thursday, the St. Petersburg Times reported that last week, a Pinellas County circuit court judge agreed, quashing the fine.

The court did agree that originally Bollea was in violation of the ordinance, which reads:

"No person shall keep or maintain upon any residential property within the town more than a total of or any combination of five domestic animals at any one time."

Four years ago, the St. Petersburg Times reported that Bollea and his family, who are now featured in the new VH1 reality show "Hogan Knows Best", had as many as 40 animals living on their 2 1/2 acre property.

But the gardener for Bollea's next door neighbour says things haven't changed much.

"The rooster is still crowing and dogs are still barking and they still have more than five animals," according to Al Raeford.
