DEMANDING TO BE HEARD

As I'm sure you've seen and heard over the past couple of weeks, there have been demonstrations throughout the nation --- a couple even attracting over 100,000 participants --- to opposition to pending anti-immigration legislation and supporting a bill introduced by U.S. Senators Ted Kennedy (D - MA) and John McCain (R - AZ) which, in addition to strengthening border enforcement also includes a guest worker programme. Today will be Tampa's turn as protesters will march down Dale Mabry Highway to Legends Field (across from Raymond James Stadium).

There's nothing on it on the local news Web sites; I only found out about it listening to WFLA-TV's early newscast. Sorry, I didn't catch exactly where on DMH the march would begin, but it will end at Legends Field.
