THE GEORGE AND BILL SHOW COMES TO WPB

The two most recent presidents, George H.W. Bush and William J. Clinton, will be in Hobe Sound near West Palm Beach on Wednesday as part of their tour to raise money for tsunami victims.

According to the Palm Beach Post, the event, "Three Friends: One Goal", will be held at the exclusive Medalist Golf Club, and will also feature professional golfer and Australian native Greg "The Shark" Norman...who helped design the course. The event is expected to raiser around $2.1 million to assist vistims of the tsunami in Asia.

The guest list is closely guarded, but expected to include some members of Medalist as well as some close friends or associates of Bush and Clinton. Each of the 72 guests will donate $30,000 each to participate in the golfing event, and each of the foursomes will have the opportunity to play one hold with the former presidents.

The two former presidents were asked by the current chief executive to be his representatives as they toured the areas affected by the disaster earlier this year.

BTW: "The Shark" will likely not play any golf Wednesday, as he had to withdraw from a tournament in Dubai due to a back strain.
