BACK AFTER A BRIEF HIATIUS

Sorry for the brief absence. I suffered a epiletic seizure while at work Tuesday afternoon, for which I was transported to Lakeland Regional Medical Centre. While there, I had some slight chest pains, for which it was determined it would be best that I would remain for a day or two for observation and the ol' stress test. As it turned out, Ol' I4J needs to keep a close watch on his chloesterol and diet...no great secret there. I'll try to do better.
